At Europa Deli, we provide a variety of freshly made sausages that are prepared in-house without the use of artificial flavours or fillers and with a variety of spice combinations. In addition to Andouille, Mennonite, pure beef, brown sugar, mild Italian, chorizo, Europa bison, German bratwurst, Cajun chicken, and Elk and cranberry sausage, we also offer various gluten-free choices.
The Andouille sausage is ideal for dishes like hotpot and gumbo, while our mild Italian sausage is produced with a house blend of pork shoulder and beef round with house blend Italian spice.
German bratwurst sausage is made from veal and pork, as well as a characteristic spice blend.
Elk and cranberry sausage, a house specialty, is created with free-range chicken breast and Cajun seasonings and is gluten-free.
Smoked Sausage and Jerky
At Europa, we provide a delectable variety of house-made jerky and smoked sausages. We provide a variety of smoked sausages, including ham and dill, bacon cheese, jalapeƱo cheese, double smoked Polish, and hunter. Each and every one of our sausages is free of gluten and wood-smoked for that wonderful smokey flavour.
Additionally, we provide many types of jerky, such as ordinary beef jerky, Europa bison jerky, peppered beef jerky, teriyaki beef jerky, honey garlic jerky, and hot and sweet jerky. We take great satisfaction in using premium products and avoiding artificial flavourings or fillers. Our hot and sweet and bison jerky are both spiced with chili flakes, while the honey garlic jerky has a special twist by using honey in place of sugar.
